🚀Isono Laboratory’s (which I belong) last project in 2023, 'Let's promote the national event of Tottori, Usotsuki tofu,' has been completed.

🔥On December 9, 'Sanin Mitsuboshi Market Pop-up' held at Tottori Conan Airport and we began our activities in collaboration with Tottori's No.1 tofu, Hirao Tofu.

We spent a lot of time preparing for the event with Hirao Tofu for a few months, and it was a really meaningful time.

💪It was regrettable that there were a little less customers than expected, and it became a practical study on the importance of analyzing the environment and needs.

👀Also, I was under impetus from the appearance of several stores specializing in sales, and I thought that experts were different. I felt rewarded working while communicating with many people like this.

🙏I hope this event helped the Tottori region where the low birth rate and aging population are severe, and I will continue to strive for the region. I am planning another project, so please look forward to it.
